About
Hi, I’m Sarah. I have been working with children from birth to 18 years since 1995.
I started as a Sleep Coach and Newborn Care Specialist in 2004 and it has become my passion. I love helping families with little one(s) at home who feel like sleep is a distant memory. Whether I am partnering with parents as a newborn night nurse, a sleep training expert, as a nanny, or accompanying them on vacation, I work with diligence and care to ensure all children under my watch are nurtured and loved. Perhaps it’s my midwestern roots, but I believe warmth and kindness are of the utmost importance.
I started as a mothers helper of twins in 1995 and from there I have worked in day care and private home settings until I focused my work on overnight newborn care and sleep guidance. I have helped countless families by teaching them healthy sleep habits and helping them understand their babies needs.
Babies and children are my passion and I love helping people. I’m proud to say I am Adult/Child/Infant CPR Certified, First Aid Certified, and a member of the International Nanny Association (INA). I also have been trained as a Postpartum Doula through DONA International and received my Newborn Care Specialist Certification with Gentle Ventures.
Most importantly, I LOVE my job and I take great pride in working hard and making sure the families and babies I partner with are happy, healthy and safe. And I’m fortunate to work with an amazing group of caretakers who share my mission.
I wish you all healthy days and restful nights.

NCS
My name is Heather C and I am an overnight newborn care services provider in the Greater Boston area. I am a highly experienced, educated and loving professional with over 20 years of experience providing nighttime newborn care to: singletons, multiples, premature infants, infants with reflux/GERD and babies with special needs. I have an MS in Child Development/ Family Support, and Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist training.
I am a naturally warm, supportive and empathic person, a "nurturer by nature". I am also attentive to detail, organized/ structured and believe in the importance of providing a consistent and predictable routine to help babies feel safe and secure in the world and to gently help them develop the healthy sleep habits that will serve as the early foundation for a lifetime of good sleep.
I love partering with both first time and repeat parents and providing support and encouragement as well as sharing my knowledge and experience. Above all, I cherish the close work that comes with helping families to care for their babies and I find it deeply rewarding to make a lasting difference in the lives of babies and their families.
Ariana R
NCS
My name is Ariana I am a Newborn Care Specialist, CPR and First Aid certified, and up to date on all my vaccinations. I have a bachelors in nutrition and have taken numerous childhood education classes. From an early age I have always loved caring for babies. I would bring my baby doll (named Jake) everywhere I went, put real baby clothes on him, pretend to feed him, and care for him as if he were real. Once I was old enough to start helping family members on occasions I began my nanny career. When I started college in 2013 my nanny career expanded. I worked with children of all ages and even began teaching in preschools, as well as for non profit organizations, such as Jumpstart. My love for the care and development of infants/toddlers grew once I started working at Celebree School in 2020 as a lead infant/toddler teacher. After that I committed myself to learning more about pregnancy, newborn development, and started my career as a NCS. Through my certification program, I have gained valuable knowledge in various aspects of newborn care, such as feeding, sleep training, and basic infant first aid. Additionally, I have hands-on experience working with infants through my work at Celebree and with multiple families. This experience has allowed me to develop strong skills in effective communication with parents, as well as an attentive and nurturing approach towards infant care. As a unique and special working relationship, this profession allows me to guide your family into the first few months with a new baby and help make the transition into your new lives as smooth as possible. Each and every day with a newborn is rewarding and I hope to provide the support and care your family needs over the next few months. I will be continuing my education this year to become a lactation consultant as well.
Kristen
My name is Kristen and I have been providing overnight infant care since September of 2005.I am CPR/First aid certified,I have all my vaccinations.Having four beautiful children of my own has not only given me experience it has given me an understanding and compassion for families as they bring home and get adjusted to having a newborn. When my youngest child turned one a friend of mine mentioned she knew someone who was looking for help doing overnight care for infants. I immediately got so excited and thought what a perfect career for me. I have been providing overnight care ever since. I have worked privately with clients as well as with Sarah’s Sweet Slumber! I love babies and I love that special time in a family's life. I can relate so closely to the struggles and sleepless nights a newborn can bring as well as the joy and laughter. It gives me such pleasure to help give new families the peace of mind of knowing their little ones are in caring, dependable hands through the night. Seeing the parents refreshed for the next day from a good night’s sleep is so rewarding to me. I help families transition home with their new additions, create good sleep habits and provide feeding support whether it is breast or bottle. I cherish each and every family I have worked with and love keeping in touch as the children grow and staying up to date on how they are doing.
