Testimonials
I’m grateful to all my past and current clients for sharing their love.
FROM RACHEL
“Sarah is absolutely amazing!! The expertise and reassurance she provided during such a big transition for Colette and emotional time for me was indispensable! To think that in a matter of 4 days our little lady went from being swaddled in the rock and play, eating two times a night (and needing to be rocked or nursed back to sleep at other wakings) - to sleeping unswaddled in her crib THROUGH THE NIGHT……its incredible!! Sarah’s Sweet Slumber program definitely works and I would highly recommend it! We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful support, guidance, and SLEEP!!”

We can not say enough good thing about Sarah. She was amazing through out our journey to a full night of sleep. All our consultations were over video calls and she walked us through everything and was available anytime we needed her. What we loved the most was she customized our plan based on what were were comfortable with. She even created a whole new plan when we were ready to try something new. In short, consulting with Sarah was one of the best things we have done and the proof is in the result - a happy baby that loves his daytime routine and sleeps through the night in less than 5 days after we got him on Sarah's plan. Sleepless parents - look no further!

“Sarah is absolutely amazing. We’ve used her to help get both of our sons on a sleep schedule when they were little and they now have sleep skills they will be able to rely on throughout their lives. Sarah really cares for the entire family, making sure everyone is getting the sleep they need to be functional and happy. She’s unfailingly professional and simultaneously full of compassion for whatever sleep challenges a family is facing. Sarah has made a huge difference in the lives of our family and we give her our strongest, most enthusiastic recommendation.”

Sarah is an angel. We met Sarah the first night our daughter was home from the hospital. I was physically and emotionally exhausted and overwhelmed by the prospect of managing the needs of both my newborn and my 6 year old. Did I mention I was exhausted? Sarah walked in and immediately put me at ease with her obvious expertise, her quiet confidence and her warmth. Sarah provided me with what every mother needs most - rest and reassurance. She took beautiful care of my daughter but she also cared for me. She allowed me to get every bit of rest possible, she has passed along her wealth of knowledge and she has encouraged me each step of the way. Following Sarah’s advice, we implemented good sleeping and feeding habits from the very beginning. As a result, our daughter is a wonderful sleeper - and so am I! Thanks to Sarah, I have a rested, happy baby and I am a rested, happy mom.
FROM MELISSA L.
Simply put, Sarah is incredible. I didn’t even know we needed a sleep consultant and had resigned to the fact that our 9 month old was a lousy sleeper. When a friend suggested I connect with Sarah, I was initially hesitant. I can tell you unequivocally it was the best time and money spent - in a matter of days we saw marked improvement, and within two weeks our 9 month old went from waking up 2-3 times a night to sleeping for at least 10 hours straight! Sarah would check in with us and we’d modify the plan based on how our son was progressing. My only regret is that I didn’t know about Sarah sooner. Not only is she so knowledgable, but she is an amazing person to have on your side - she genuinely cared about our progress and far exceeded her contractual agreement. She truly has a gift! My husband and I are so grateful. Don’t think twice - she is 1,000% worth it!

Sarah has given my husband and I are sanity our back. Twice. I will admit being skeptical the first time around, but Sarah is like Mary Poppins in that she is hired for a child but ends up making everyone in the house a better version of themselves. Sleep deprivation is REAL and we are so thankful for Sarah, her process and her knowledge. You won't find someone who is kinder, gentler or more sincere than Sarah. She's an amazing person and provides an invaluable service. We can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Sarah!
FROM MARTHA B.
Sarah is the Mary Poppins of sleep training and infant care. From our first conversation, I knew we were in good hands. From our first meeting, I knew I was dealing with an expert. My husband and I hired Sarah when we were at our wits end with our 7 month old who was waking up to feed 3-4 times a night. We thought that with our daughter's diagnosed reflux and poor sleep habits, we were destined to live as sleep deprived zombies. Sarah changed all that. After two nights, our daughter was sleeping through the night. As a nervous first time mother, Sarah worked with me to come up with a plan to reduce night feeds, while still ensuring that both mother and daughter were getting the sleep they so desperately needed. We were initially hesitant to make the financial investment in sleep training, but now feel so very happy we did. Sarah gave us the confidence and tools to continue to work on good sleep patterns with our child as well as her expertise and guidance long after she left our home. She remains in continuous communication, checking in on our progress, offering suggestions where needed and cheering on our successes. We cannot recommend her enough.

Sarah is an incredibly kind and a warm person. She runs her company in a very professional way and will always try to accommodate her clients needs the best she can. Our baby girl is 10 months old and she met Sarah when she was just 3 months old. Since day one I felt very comfortable and safe letting Sarah watch over my daughter at night while I was getting some sleep. She is a very gentle soul and a true baby whisperer. So, thank you for taking such a good care of my family Sarah, we are forever grateful. I will highly recommend Sweet Slumber to everyone.

I have the highest regard for Sarah. Sarah has worked with my family since my son, now age 8, was born. I also have a 5-year-old daughter as well. Through all their ages and stages, she has been incredible! We trust her implicitly. She has stayed in our home to watch the kids when we have traveled. In that time, she was able to handle busy school/sports schedules with ease, because she is very well organized and a great listener.
Also, she offers creative things for the kids to do when they're not so busy, happily plays in the pool/ocean and she really knows how to relate to them on their level. The kids are excited when they find out she will be around!
And, her version of on time is five minutes early - a great trait to have!
I look forward to my next visit that involves Sarah!
